Stormzy
'H.I.T.H'
Album Campaign
The album cover for Stormzy’s 3rd album ‘Heavy Is The Head’, represents the responsibility he felt that comes with his place in society. The cover is also a reference to his seminal performance at Glastonbury Festival, where he debuted the stab vest, designed by Banksy, representing a pivotal point in his life, as well as a reality of the times. We hand painted an abstract typographic crown that adds to the authenticity of the final artwork which we created to feel like a Renaissance painting with a contemporary edge. The extensive marketing campaign spanned billboards and advertising, including a livery takeover of a London Double Decker Bus & projecting the album acronym onto St Pauls Cathedral to debut the award-winning release.
