Kurt Geiger
Monogram
We were commissioned to design a monogram for product application across the “Kurt Geiger London” brand. Following a start up meeting with the Creative Director, and a concise brief on the brands aesthetic, we worked on concepts, presenting monogram styles and the application on product, ensuring the monogram was fit for purpose. Working closely with Nirvana CPH we produced prototypes in various materials, from metal to perspex, in order to present the monogram in its true form. The project involved us creating a detailed set of brand guidelines, showing the application & sizes across each product category in the Kurt Geiger London range.

Following the creation of the new KG monogram we began work on concepts to showcase the new design within the seasons lookbook. Our chosen direction was to create a character called Scarlett, named after the hero heel in the collection, to interact with the new monogram & key products from the collection. We Art Directed Helsinki based artist Laura Laine to bring Scarlett to life in poses that could work as motion artworks for a digital campaign, aswell as printed press pieces for use at that seasons key press event.

SS14 Lookbook
The brief for the SS14 collection lookbook was the English Country Garden. We created a concept based on a gardeners notebook, with a London aesthetic. We art directed the in-house photographer on location at Clifton Nurseries, West London to create images of the collection on various textures throughout the site, supporting the imagery with hand rendered sketches & handwriting, pressed flowers & gift vouchers in the style of plant markers, collected in a brown Kraft covered Kurt Geiger red lookbook, with a black foiled logo to the dust jacket to add a touch of luxury to the final piece.
